📜 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Appstech mobile application ("Service") provided by AppsS Technologies ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including business owners, accountants, and GST practitioners.

📱 Description of Service

Appstech is a mobile accounting application designed for Indian small and medium businesses. The Service includes:

• Company and ledger account management
• Sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal voucher entry
• GST-ready invoicing and tax calculation
• Inventory and stock item management
• Financial reports including ledger statements and trial balance
• Secure cloud data storage and sync via Supabase
• Google Sign-In for secure authentication

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to users.

👤 User Accounts

To use Appstech, you must sign in using a valid Google account. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your business
• Maintain the security of your Google account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Not share your account with other individuals or businesses

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to conduct business in India to create an account.

✅ Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business accounting purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to record fraudulent, false, or misleading financial transactions
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or our systems
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application
• Use the Service to violate any applicable Indian tax or financial regulations
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful software
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service

🗂️ Your Data & Content

You retain full ownership of all business data, accounting records, and content you enter into Appstech ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display Your Data solely to provide the Service to you.

• We do not claim ownership over your accounting data
• We do not use your business data for any purpose beyond delivering the Service
• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter
• You are responsible for compliance with GST, income tax, and other regulations
• We are not a licensed accounting firm and the Service does not constitute financial advice

You should maintain independent backups of critical financial data. While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee against data loss due to unforeseen technical failures.

The Appstech application, including its design, code, features, branding, and content, is the exclusive property of AppsS Technologies and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

• The "Appstech" name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of AppsS Technologies
• You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our application
• Feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation to you

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited right to use the Service as described herein.

💳 Payment & Subscription

Appstech may offer free and paid subscription tiers. Where paid plans apply:

• Subscription fees are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are non-refundable unless required by law
• We will provide at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription pricing
• Failure to pay may result in downgrade to a free tier or account suspension
• All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of GST rates or tax calculations — always verify with a qualified tax professional
• We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your specific business requirements
• Third-party services (Google, Supabase) are subject to their own terms and availability

🛡️ Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, AppsS Technologies shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the Service
• Errors or inaccuracies in financial calculations or reports generated by the Service
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security
• Service interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events
• Actions of third-party services including Google or Supabase

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

🚪 Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• By you: Delete your account from within the app at any time
• By us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• Your data will be deleted within 30 days of account termination per our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to discontinue the Service entirely with 60 days' notice, during which time you may export your data.

⚖️ Contact & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
